My journey in the insurance industry actually began even earlier, in 1999, as a State Farm Claim Representative. This initial experience gave me valuable insights into how to support customers through every step of the claims process.

My commitment to a customer-first approach and attention to detail stems from my educational background, including an MBA earned in 2000 and a BA in Accounting in 1999, both from St. Ambrose University. Over the years, I have continued to enhance my professional expertise, earning several key designations such as my Associate in Claims in 2003, F.S.C.P. in 2015, and ChFC in 2022. These credentials underscore my dedication to understanding the complexities of insurance and fiscal planning.

Beyond my professional qualifications, I am proud to be a multiple-time Ambassador Travel Qualifier, a Silver Scroll Award winner, and a recipient of the Red Cross Business Partner Award. I also remain connected to my alma mater as a St. Ambrose University President's Club member. When I am not helping customers find the right coverage for their Auto, Homeowners, Life, or Business insurance needs, you can often find me coaching youth sports or indulging my passion for classic cars, especially my restored 1966 Ford Mustang.
